FEA Nationals Day One

6 of us flew to San Antonio Friday morning to attend the National Convention. The flight went well, the weather was cold (by Phoenix standards), and the first session was inspirational. We spent the afternoon walking around on the

Riverwalk, with a late lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. The first speaker was Grant Baldwin, and he gave us good ideas about what it means to be a difference-maker. Winter weather, however, kept a lot of people from being able to fly in, so the room wasn't as packed as it usually is. :( But the chilly temperatures didn't keep people from walking along the Riverwalk last night--it was a busy, "happening" place as we made our way back from the conference hotel to ours.
